What kind of food can I order?
You can order a wide range of catering options including breakfast items, lunch packages, platters, finger foods, salads, grazing boards, sushi, hot food, desserts, fruit, and drinks.
Is this service suitable for corporate catering?
Yes, the offering is designed for offices, meetings, and group catering with sharable platters and per-person packages.
Ordering
How do I place an order?
Orders can be placed directly through the online ordering platform via the Crumbs Local menu.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Yes, some items (like lunch packages) have minimum order quantities (e.g. minimum of 4 or 6 people depending on the product).
How far in advance should I order?
You can order up until 5pm the day before delivery!
Need something last-minute? Get in touch — we’ll always do our best to help.
Can I amend or cancel my order?
Order changes or cancellations depend on notice period—customers should contact support as soon as possible.

Do you offer vegetarian and vegan options?
Yes — every menu is thoughtfully balanced with a mix of meat, vegetarian and vegan options, so there’s something for everyone.
If you have specific dietary requirements, just let us know — we’re happy to tailor your order.
What is the typical food mix in platters?
We carefully balance every menu to suit a range of tastes:
• ~50% meat & fish
• ~25% vegetarian
• ~25% vegan
This ensures variety across your team without needing to customise every order.
Do you cater for special dietary requirements?
Yes, special diet options and individually packed meals are available.
Is allergen information provided?
All items are clearly labelled, and allergen information is provided with every order.
Portions & Packaging
How many people do platters serve?
Our platters are designed for sharing:
• Small: ideal for 3–4 people
• Large: perfect for 6–8 people

How is the food presented?
Food is presented in eco-friendly, recyclable platter boxes with pull-out trays.
Are items individually packaged?
Some options (especially special diet meals) are individually packed.

What time will my order arrive?
Delivery windows are typically selected during checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?
You are able to create an account with us to pay via company PO / BACs. We also accept all major credit and debit cards, including American Express
Can I set up a business account?
Yes, businesses can typically arrange accounts for repeat ordering.
